  • practice management software (e.g., Splose)

  • email and communication platforms

  • telehealth platforms (e.g., Google Meet)

These services may store data on secure servers, including servers located outside Australia.

7. Audio, photo and video recordings

With consent, recordings may be used for:

  • clinical documentation

  • supporting therapy planning
