Assessment appointments involve gathering information, completing relevant assessment tasks and discussing concerns and goals. A written report and recommendations may be provided depending on the type of assessment completed.

We use secure third-party platforms to support service delivery and administration, including:
practice management software (e.g., Splose)
email and communication platforms
telehealth platforms (e.g., Google Meet)
These services may store data on secure servers, including servers located outside Australia.

7. Audio, photo and video recordings
With consent, recordings may be used for:
clinical documentation
supporting therapy planning
monitoring progress
Recordings are stored securely and only accessed by authorised clinicians. They may be deleted after use or retained as part of the clinical record where appropriate.
